I am in the process of tweaking the new design for TheAnand. Feel free to chime in your comments. Its should be fully funtional by this week and I will put in a post when thats done.

Nice Theme. There is some unnecessary stuff in the sidebar – a Recent Comments with junk and featured links.
Good theme.
But let me add that I loved your old theme very much too.
Looks good, but sidebar needs to be cleaned up and also some alignment issues.
Couple of bugs with the side panel. Please fix it.
