Time management is wicked important if you want to be able to take on projects and still have a life. I personally use Things for the mac to make my to-do lists. I also always try to keep my desk area clean. It’s motivating and saves space. Currently covered in water bottles though….haha.

Google Reader is the biggest “time waster” for me.. Though I wouldn’t consider it a total waste. Twitter comes second, followed by gmail

Boy, I knew you were busy, but that some serious work you have done there to save time.

As you said, time management is everything. There was a time when I coudnt blog often cuz of classes, now there is time to blog and even tweet often. Only thing I did was I made a time table for blogging.

Never tried anything like those you did with email. Infact Tudomo (am using it now) would be the first software I would be using in this regard.
