the nst is tataindicom ..by vsnl ..there is one more plan by tatindicom thts differnt ..they dont have unlimited connection …we require some night unlimited with good speed..will some one please suggest..

there arent any 2mbps unlimted plans in existence ???we have tataindicoms by VSNl plan ..but our area doesnt comes into that circle ..vsnls plan is like unlimted times start after 2 am then stops at 8 am ..so do we have any other option in mumbai,,,

I am not pointing to hacking attempts alone, using online streaming radio like radioez.com or last.fm or maybe other streams online.

I am only suggesting to use Airtel 2mbps plans with caution. Take your case, you know what you are talking about, like speeds, limits and stuff. Some people dont even know tht….

Well…that should not mean that one should stick with junk 256kbps…there are plenty of ways to prevent hacker attempts…say a good firewall for starters…

please read the post well my friend. full throttle downloads is what i meant. just keeping it on will not use up the full throttle download. If some friendly hacker decides to use your computer to seed torrents, the download limit will be over in minutes. Trust me, I know what I am saying. . . .really.

Are you stupid or what??? Having 2mbps speed does not mean that you will eat up your 1Gb limit in 68mins…The 1Gb limit is for your actual download or upload….i have 2mbps airtel line with 6gb limit and i keep it always on…if you are doing your normal web access then 1hour usage only amounts to around 50-60mb….

I don’t know about Airtel, but Tata Indicom has an 2MBPS unlimited plan at about 2600 or something the last time checked. . .
