Believe it or not, I never relied extensively on my browsers’ dictionary to spell the word – entrepreneurship until recently when I started to fill up my profiles on the web. As with everyone, with frequent usage I learnt the word without having to wait for the wavy red underline.

Someday is not a day of the week.

I have been meaning to update this blog “someday soon”. “Procrastination”  is the word I learnt. It was true. “Someday” never came over the past few months and this blog sat around ignored by its own author. While there are stats about how many blogs are started every hour, there has to be a similarly surprising numbers of blogs which just hang around stagnant.

If you are still skeptic of Social Media, you need to do something about it! I am sold on the idea that Social Media is mainstream and there are probably a hundred reasons why I think so starting from Micheal Jackson and backwards. Social Media ia used by many in many different ways. Some use it for promoting their products, others use it to listen to their customers while others give away tips on using their products on the social media platforms.

I really have to get over this! Since the year I started on geocities, I would keep redesigning my web home every year. This year, I decided to get on a final makeover for at leastthe next 2-3 years.

That is when I found the talent in this awesome designer – Ben Jacob. Of only 18, this barely legal designer has done magic with my concept of a dream home. Now, my homepage and this blog has a single integrated design with all the elements I had wanted.

Sorry to dissapoint, but I am not dead!

Initially it was all the work that kept me busy, then I got angry, sad, frustrated and everything else. Guess all the feelings I have been supressing for sometime now just had to surface. So, I spent the last month or so looking for answers, finding out where I am headed to down the line.

The problem is simple. Internet money, as glamorous as it may seem has terrible headaches associated. I have been online for almost more than half my life and am seriously thinking of taking Internet as my career.

Are you the kind of person who can do with a full time employment at home? Are you self motivated? Are you looking for a job!?

I am looking forward to consolidating my network of sites online and bring them under a single umbrella soon. I need a few content developers who can write basic english and have some internet experience (if you use orkut/facebook a lot, you have it. ) and willing to spend about 5-6 hours a day.

I am in the process of tweaking the new design for TheAnand. Feel free to chime in your comments. Its should be fully funtional by this week and I will put in a post when thats done. What do you think?

As TheAnand.com matures with time, I think its time for a redesign again. Initially this blog used a free theme, then I got around making 2 custom themes myself and now I am in the process of getting a professional theme done.

As per the team behind the redesign, it should be up in another 3 days or so.. The main ideas behind the new design are better readability and professional looks and more nifty features. I designed the theme myself and it is being coded by pros now.
